8. Restrictions & User Conduct
You must not resell our products. Violating this may result in cancellation without refund.
Device limit violations, info modifications, or misuse may result in product deactivation.
Changing license info (email/profile) or violating service terms voids your warranty.
If you enable disappearing messages on WhatsApp during order support, we will not be responsible for any future service issues.
If you provide us access to your account or website, you must change the password after delivery. We are not responsible for any future issues.
You agree that if any software or subscription provider changes features, terms, or device limits, Tech Haat is not liable.
Some products are restricted to specific countries or regions. Use of VPN or region manipulation may lead to deactivation, and we are not liable.
If you exceed device or profile limits, intentionally or unintentionally, no replacement or refund will be provided.
You must activate your product within the validity window mentioned in the description. Expired keys or links cannot be reissued.
Orders made through WhatsApp must include correct and complete information. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect data.
You are responsible for maintaining your device and internet connection. Refunds or support will not be issued for user-end problems.
All communication should be documented. If you delete or hide message history, we cannot provide support in future cases.
If you place an order using incorrect name, email, or phone number, you may not receive your subscription. We rely solely on the information you provide to process your order. No alternate ID, replacement, or refund will be issued in such cases.

Any company-side disruption (like mass bans, policy changes) may require up to 10 working days to resolve. We will liaise with the product owner and assist as a third party.

Refund Policy
1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Tech Haat! This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to your purchase of digital subscription products (“Products”) on our website.
2. No Refunds Policy (General)
As a general rule, all sales are final, and no refunds are offered. This is due to the nature of digital products, which can be easily downloaded or accessed once purchased.
3. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
We may offer a partial refund in the following limited situations:
Unsolved Issues: If we are unable to resolve a technical issue with your Product after a reasonable effort within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), we will refund you for the remaining days of your subscription period.
Missed Replacement Window: If we fail to provide a replacement Product within the timeframe specified in the product description or delivery instructions, we will refund you for the remaining days of your subscription period.
Undelivered Orders: If your subscription or product was never delivered within delivery deadline, you are eligible for a full refund.
4. Important Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under the exceptions outlined above, you must meet all the following conditions:
You must have followed all instructions provided by Tech Haat and the product owner, including those specified in the product description and delivery instructions.
You must have reported the issue within 3 days of the purchase date.
5. Exclusions from Refund Policy
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Purchases made in violation of our Terms & Conditions
Reselling or misusing the Product
Server-related issues, feature inactivity, or changes made by the product owner (as we are a third-party reseller and have no control over these aspects)
Cancellation of orders after order, or after delivery or activation
WordPress product license or product deletion or transfer: These actions will void your license, and no refund or replacement will be offered.
Reactivation fees: After the initial free reactivation within the first month of purchase (only 1 time free) for WordPress products, any subsequent reactivations require a 50% charge of the original purchase price.
Orders made using incorrect name, email, or phone number
Incorrect product selection or misunderstanding product type/usage
Use of VPNs or region-changing tools to bypass geographic restrictions
Ignoring compatibility instructions (device, OS, region) stated in product description
User-side issues such as poor internet connection, unsupported devices, or local software conflicts
Refusal to provide required access (if mentioned) to activate or deliver service
Change of mind or accidental purchase after activation
Failure to activate within the stated time in product description
Use of disappearing messages or deletion of chat history that removes order records
Device not supported, network or DNS-related issues, IP or location mismatch errors, or regional blocking caused by user’s own settings or configuration

7. Refund Timeline & Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 working days.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment platform (bank account, card, bKash, or Nagad).
If the original payment was made by bank and refund is to MFS, you must provide your bKash or Nagad number—this is the only exception.
We will not refund via any alternate platform unless the original one is unavailable.
8. Disclaimer
We are a third-party reseller. Product features, device limits, and terms may change anytime by the original provider. We are not responsible for such changes but will provide full support where possible.
