Rules Compliance: All users must follow our rules and regulations. Any violation of our rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Payment Information: Please do not change your payment information without prior authorization from Tech Haat IT Solutions. Unauthorized changes may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Device Login Limit: Please do not exceed the device login limit for any subscription purchased from Tech Haat IT Solutions. Exceeding the limit may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Reactivation Charge : For WordPress products, the license will be activated only once. If you deactivate, switch, or reset the license, you will need to pay 50% of the product price to reactivate the license.

Technical Support: If you encounter any issues or problems with your subscription, our team will work to resolve it within 72 hours.

No Refunds: Once an order has been placed, no refunds will be given. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Refund Policy

Tech Haat IT Solutions values the satisfaction of our customers and wants to ensure that they receive the best possible experience. In the rare event that we are unable to resolve an issue, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Refund for Unresolved Issues: If we are unable to solve your issue, we will refund the amount for the remaining days of your subscription.

Refund Amount: In some exceptional cases, we may offer refunds for the remaining days of your product’s warranty. However, this will be subject to the type of product you have subscribed to.

If eligible, we will provide a refund of (Price Paid / Days of Subscription) * Remaining Days * 0.8. We will deduct any cashback or special discounts you may have received from the refund amount

Refund Processing Time: The refund will be processed and transferred within 3-7 days from the date the issue was reported. Please note that this refund policy applies only in the case of unresolved issues. In all other circumstances, such as a change of mind or error in the order, our no refund policy applies.
